We are pleased to announce that the 9th annual meeting for CareersNet experts will take place online on 11-12 December 2025. The last two network meetings gathered network core experts in person at venues in Sweden (2023) and Finland (2024) in connection with conference opportunities for members. This year the annual meeting is hosted online to accommodate core and alternate members, outgoing and incoming members, and other invited speakers (tbc) in connection with a planned collection of papers on quality and effectiveness in lifelong guidance, continuing Cedefop’s efforts on the topic since 2022.
Members will gather online over two days to:
- discuss network management and renewal of the network membership including orientation of new experts and showing appreciation for outgoing members
- share information on Cedefop and country priorities, relevant developments, and research of interest to members
- review and discuss the network’s cooperation activities since the last meeting in Finland in 2024, including publication of the renewed lifelong guidance framework and guidelines at the heart
- plan and exchange views on ongoing and future activity, such as the launch of the Call for papers on quality and effectiveness, and future cooperative events on challenges and opportunities for lifelong guidance across diverse policy contexts.
The collegial meeting includes workshop and interactive elements such as member presentations to share recent work, quality tools and groupwork facilitated by members.
Participation is restricted. Please stay tuned for information as it becomes available.
